La Cometa (The Kite) is named after the All Saints’ Day festival of giant kites that is celebrated to honor the family members in this area that have passed away. The coffee is fully washed and dried in the sun, some on raised beds and some laid out on patios for 2 – 3 week

Variety: Bourbon, Caturra, Pacamara and Pache
Tasting notes: Cherry, Almond, Dark Chocolate.
